I think that one of the reasons why people “quit” or don´t even start self-development is because of the confusing and deceptive “self-improvement” industry.


Everyone is promising new and better “magic pill” that´s going to change your life without any effort.
 

I´m not giving you any “magic pills” or empty promises, but I can tell you that I am 100% sure that you can change your life for good if you are willing to work for it!

Proper and sustainable nutrition shouldn´t be counting every bite and tracking all your calories.

I strongly advocate for a holistic approach, which means offering support that considers the entirety of an individual, not solely focusing on their nutritional requirements.
I believe everyone's different, with their own needs, knowledge, and priorities.
I´ll teach you what and why to eat, how to get back your healthy weight, how to fight food cravings and boost your overall mood and health.

Sleep and Stress Management

From time to time, all of us need to to deal with different types and amounts of stress. Whether something is stressful or not, depends: how long the stress lasts, how intense the stress is and how well we can recover from it. It also depends of our perception – do we see stress as a tool that makes us stronger or as a destructive force that brings us down?
I´ll share knowledge from my own experience and scientific research, so you can learn from my mistakes and manage your stress effectively.
